- you are authorized to provide the submitted material;
- the material does not unlawfully infringe another party’s rights;
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
- the files do not contain malicious code or content intended to disrupt this website or Tianlu’s systems.
Tianlu may use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, communicate with you and determine whether a potential manufacturing route can be reviewed.
Submission of information does not transfer ownership of your drawings or other intellectual property to Tianlu.

Do not upload confidential, export-controlled or commercially sensitive information unless appropriate disclosure authorization and confidentiality arrangements are already in place.
Submitting an inquiry, selecting an NDA-related checkbox or sending a file does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement.
Any confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law must be established through a separate written NDA or other written agreement accepted by authorized representatives of both parties.
If an NDA is required, contact Tianlu before submitting confidential files.
