It does not constitute engineering approval, a binding quotation, a warranty, or an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Quotations and Manufacturing Orders

A request submitted through the website does not create a contract or require us to accept a project. Any quotation is subject to engineering review and the assumptions, validity period, specifications, tolerances, quantities, tooling arrangements, Incoterms, payment terms and other conditions stated in the quotation or later written agreement.

A manufacturing order becomes binding only under the applicable accepted quotation, purchase order acknowledgement, contract or other written agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

4. Drawings, Files and Customer Materials

You confirm that you have authority to submit any drawings, models, specifications, trademarks, samples or other materials you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of customer-supplied requirements and for identifying the current drawing revision.

Submitting material through the website does not by itself transfer ownership of that material to us. Ownership, permitted use, tooling rights, confidentiality and intellectual-property terms for a project are governed by the applicable NDA, quotation, purchase order or written agreement.

5. Confidential Information

We handle project information for the purpose of reviewing and performing the requested work. However, submitting information through a public website does not automatically create a separate non-disclosure agreement. If information requires special confidentiality terms, contact us and complete the appropriate NDA before submitting highly sensitive material.

12. Changes and Applicable Agreements

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and update date. Questions of applicable law, dispute resolution and commercial obligations for a manufacturing project will be determined by the quotation, contract or other written agreement for that transaction and by mandatory applicable law.
