1. Website operator

This website is operated by Qingdao Tianluping Metal Products Co., Ltd. References to Tianluping, we, us or our in these terms refer to that company unless the context states otherwise.

2. Informational purpose

Website content describes general manufacturing routes, capabilities and procurement considerations. It is not a project-specific engineering approval, material substitution, inspection plan, performance guarantee or professional advice. A drawing, model, material, quantity, application and acceptance requirements must be reviewed before a capability, price or delivery commitment is confirmed.

3. RFQ and form submissions

Submitting an enquiry or project file does not require Tianluping to quote or accept the project and does not create a purchase order, supply agreement, exclusivity obligation or confirmed delivery date. A project proceeds only through applicable written quotation, technical clarification, order acceptance and other agreed documents.

4. Information and files you provide

You confirm that you are authorized to submit the information and files and to permit their use for manufacturing review, quotation and related project communication. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, payment credentials, unrelated personal records or third-party confidential information without authority.

A request to discuss an NDA is not an executed NDA. If restricted information requires prior protection, complete the agreed confidentiality process before sharing it.

5. Technical and commercial statements

Capability ranges, tolerances, materials, tooling, sample timing, production timing, inspection options and examples depend on design and scope. They must not be applied to a part without project review. Where a quotation, purchase order or signed agreement conflicts with general website content, the project-specific document controls for that transaction.

6. Website intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout, branding and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Tianluping and may not be copied, republished or used to misrepresent another supplier. Normal linking, quotation and fair use permitted by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.

7. Availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend or remove website content and functions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every historical page remains current. Material project decisions should be verified through current written communication.

These website terms operate alongside applicable law. Any signed NDA, quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or dispute clause for a specific project takes priority within its scope.
