Privacy Policy

How Tianluping handles website enquiries, uploaded project files, communications, analytics and cookie choices.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for the information

Qingdao Tianluping Metal Products Co., Ltd. operates this website and acts as the personal information processor or data controller for information collected directly through it. The current privacy contact is shown on this page and in the website footer.

2. Scope

This policy applies to tianlucasting.com, its enquiry forms, uploaded project files, email communications initiated through the website and the analytics and consent tools described below. A separate written agreement, purchase order, NDA or customer contract may contain additional project-specific requirements.

3. Information we collect

  • Company contact information: name, business email, company, country or region and optional phone or messaging details.
  • Project information: process interest, project stage, materials, quantities, application requirements, drawings, models, specifications, photographs and other files you choose to submit.
  • Communications and transaction records: questions, quotations, approvals, purchase and delivery references where a commercial relationship develops.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, referring page, visited pages, timestamps, security events and consent preferences.
  • Analytics information: interactions such as clicks, scrolls, page performance, heatmaps and session-replay events when Microsoft Clarity operates under the applicable consent configuration.

4. Why we use the information

  • To review manufacturing fit, clarify requirements and prepare or discuss a quotation
  • To communicate about an enquiry, supplier review, existing project, order or quality matter
  • To protect the website, detect spam or abuse and maintain technical reliability
  • To understand and improve website navigation, content and enquiry usability
  • To maintain project, commercial, quality and compliance records where required

Depending on the visitor, location and activity, processing may be based on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or legitimate business interests that do not override applicable individual rights.

5. Drawings and project files

Files submitted through the RFQ form are used for manufacturing review and related project communication. If the separate Dropbox file-request link is used, files are also processed through Dropbox under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not upload payment data, passwords, unrelated identity documents or third-party confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

Selecting the NDA-discussion checkbox requests contact about an NDA; it does not itself create or sign an NDA. Do not submit restricted information until the required confidentiality arrangement is in place.

6. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for website hosting, security, email, form storage, consent management, analytics and optional large-file transfer. Current services may include Hostinger, WordPress/ZeroY components, CookieYes, Microsoft Clarity and Dropbox. They process information under their own terms and may operate infrastructure in more than one country or region. We disclose information to these providers only for the relevant service, and may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider terms and lawful transfer mechanism should be reviewed as part of the service configuration.

7. Cookies and Microsoft Clarity

CookieYes provides the cookie-choice interface and stores the visitor's consent state. Microsoft Clarity can use first- and third-party cookies and other technologies for behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Under Clarity Consent Mode, analytics cookies are set only after a valid consent signal; when analytics storage is denied, Clarity may still receive limited cookieless usage data and some features are unavailable. Sensitive content must be masked or excluded through the Clarity project configuration.

Microsoft currently states that playback data is retained for 30 days, while click data, heatmaps and labeled or favorited sessions may be retained for 13 months. See the Clarity Consent Mode documentation, Clarity data-retention documentation, the separate Cookie Policy and Microsoft's privacy information.

8. Retention

We keep personal and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry or project, follow-up, recordkeeping, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. The period therefore depends on whether the enquiry is abandoned, rejected, quoted, converted into a project or connected with a legal, quality or accounting record. Records no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymized through periodic review, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

9. Choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the personal information we hold, request access or a copy, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability where applicable. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection or privacy authority responsible for your location. Some information may need to be retained where a legal obligation, contract, security matter or legal claim applies.

You can change non-essential cookie choices through the Cookie Settings control. To make another privacy request, use the privacy contact shown on this page and identify the company, email address and enquiry or project reference needed to locate the relevant records.

10. Security

We use organizational and technical measures intended to limit unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Send only the information needed for the review and use an agreed secure channel for restricted files.

11. Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children and is not intended to collect information from them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when website functions, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
