Established in Qingdao in 2008, Tianluping supports drawing-based investment casting and die-casting projects from manufacturing review through machining, inspection and repeat production.

Qingdao Tianluping Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established on 7 May 2008. Based in Qingdao, China, the company supports industrial OEM and sourcing teams that need custom cast components made to controlled drawings, material requirements and project-specific inspection plans.
Investment casting and die casting are the two core manufacturing routes presented on this website. CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, tooling and other supporting operations are reviewed as part of the complete route. Forging may be evaluated for selected requirements but is not presented as a core website capability.

Current company operating information includes a 20,000 m² facility and 190 employees, including 20 technical personnel and 25 quality personnel. These figures describe the company as a whole and are not a promise of dedicated staffing or reserved capacity for an individual order.
Production and quality resources cover wax preparation, shell making and drying, shell firing, induction melting, casting cleaning, die casting, machining, tooling and inspection. The applicable equipment and route are confirmed against the part, material, volume and acceptance requirements.

Quality systems and supplier review
Company records identify ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 management-system certifications. Procurement and supplier-quality teams should request the current certificate copies, issuing body, scope and validity during supplier review rather than relying on a logo alone.
Available quality resources include material analysis, dimensional measurement, X-ray and penetrant testing, roughness measurement, tensile, salt-spray and air-tightness testing. No method or report is automatically included in every order; the drawing, risk and agreed quality plan control the scope.
A clear scope before production
The quotation should identify the controlling revision, material, quantities, tooling, secondary operations, inspection records, packaging and open assumptions. Samples and repeat production then follow the approved scope and change-control requirements.
