Choose the right contact route

For a new part or quotation, use the Request a Manufacturing Review form so the drawing, material, quantity and project requirements stay together. For supplier audits, company information, legal notices or an existing enquiry, use the published sales email.

Help us identify an existing project

Include the company name, contact name and, where available, the Tianluping quotation number, purchase order, part number, drawing revision or shipment reference. Do not send payment-card information, account passwords or unrelated identity documents.

Factory visits and supplier audits

Factory visits and remote supplier reviews should be arranged in advance. State the purpose, proposed dates, attendee names and the process or quality areas to be reviewed. Access to restricted production areas, customer parts and documents remains subject to confidentiality and safety controls.
