Component geometry

A split circular clamp connects to three outward mounting arms. A radial opening allows the clamping interface to close around its mating part.

Material and manufacturing route

The aluminum alloy blank is produced by die casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.

Finished interfaces

The clamp bore, arm faces, fastening holes and clamp thread are finished to the drawing. The clamping requirement is separate from any unsupported load rating.
