A locating post supports a transverse arm with a hooked end and an intermediate seating step.
Material and manufacturing route
The steel blank is produced by sand casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.
Finished interfaces
The post diameter and face, stepped seating face and mounting holes are finished against the mating frame requirement.
