Component geometry
A circular cover contains radial internal ribs, a central opening and an outer fastening perimeter.
Material and manufacturing route
The aluminum alloy blank is produced by die casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.
Finished interfaces
The outer register, bearing-seat region, fastening holes and central face are machined to the drawing. The mating assembly determines the fit and sealing requirements.
