Component geometry

An angled tubular passage ends in a two-hole mounting flange. The opposite port has a broad circular opening.

Material and manufacturing route

The stainless steel blank is produced by investment casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.

Finished interfaces

Machining establishes the flange sealing face, bolt holes and tube-end face. The mating interface and angular orientation follow the controlled component drawing.
