Component geometry
The spiral casing has a circular chamber opening and a separate outlet connection. Finished interfaces interrupt the coated outside surface.
Material and manufacturing route
The stainless steel blank is produced by sand casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.
Finished interfaces
Machining covers connection faces, registers, bolt holes and the shaft-seal seating region. Flow-path geometry and pressure-test conditions remain defined by the pump specification.
