Component geometry

Closely spaced exterior fins follow the curved motor-cover wall. The open rim provides the connection to the mating machine body.

Material and manufacturing route

The aluminum alloy blank is produced by die casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.

Finished interfaces

Machining finishes the front rim, mounting-boss faces and threaded holes. The fins are product geometry; no measured thermal performance is claimed.
