Component geometry
A curved volute joins the circular inlet region to a flanged outlet. Mounting ears connect the casing to adjacent equipment.
Material and manufacturing route
The grey iron blank is produced by sand casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.
Finished interfaces
The inlet register and face, outlet face, bolt holes and mounting-ear faces form the machining scope. Their relationship follows the pump drawing.
