Material and manufacturing route

The aluminum alloy blank is produced by die casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.

Finished interfaces

The perimeter sealing face, central panel face and mounting holes are finished for the specified equipment connection. The photograph does not establish a thermal test result.
