Material and manufacturing route

The stainless steel blank is produced by investment casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.

Finished interfaces

The clamp-face geometry, outside connection diameters and bore-edge transitions are finished to the mating interface specification. Surface and cleaning acceptance are agreed for the intended use.
