Material and manufacturing route

The stainless steel blank is produced by investment casting. Secondary machining completes the functional interfaces identified in the component drawing. Material identity, supply condition and acceptance requirements are agreed for the ordered component.

Finished interfaces

The mounting-foot bases and countersunk holes are finished for the deck connection. Rope-contact geometry and appearance acceptance are agreed with the drawing.
